International travelers to Italy should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan their travel well in advance. It is recommended that applicants apply at least 6-8 weeks before the arrival date. It is not possible to apply for a visa on arrival. Visa are not required within the European Union’s borders – Schengen Area.
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the Conference, contact the conference local arrangement committee by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application
The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the NGCAS 2017. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.
